Singapore, 30 March 2026 – Ocean Network Express (ONE) has announced the signing of a share purchase agreement for a 30% stake in Hutchison Laemchabang Terminal Limited (HLT) located in Laem Chabang, Thailand.

Please be advised that surcharge rates will be adjusted to account for increased terminal operating costs for hazardous cargo at the Port of Savannah for IMO Class 1, 7, and 9 (UN3536).

Ocean Network Express (ONE) is pleased to announce the enhancement of our
SEMARANG SERVICE (SRG) with the addition of a new port call at Patimban Deep Sea
Port, located in Subang Regency, West Java, Indonesia.

Service 1 (PF1), which will now include Kuala Tanjung in North Sumatra, Indonesia, as an
additional port of call. The Kuala Tanjung coverage will be transferred from Belawan
Service 1 to Penang Service 1 and upgraded to a weekly call.
