Singapore Port Authority (PSA) has implemented changes to the designated PSA Group classifications for specific UN Numbers, with particular focus on battery and battery related dangerous goods. These revised PSA Group classifications may affect the handling, segregation, and applicable requirements for affected DG cargo transhipping via Singapore.

Please be advised that, effective October 1, 2026, the Container Management Fee for Discharge (CMD) will increase from USD 15 to USD 20 per container on all destination bills of lading.
