Please be advised, under the regulations set in April 2016 by International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, “SOLAS”, all export containers require the declaration of a container’s verified gross mass “VGM) prior to loading on vessels.

Effective June 1, 2021, Ocean Network Express (North America) Inc., will be implementing a Manual Documentation Fee (MDF) for all SI’s submitted via email in the United States and Canada.
