Effective May 1st 2025, ONE will be instituting a Container Management Fee for Discharge (CMD) of USD 15 per container on all bills of lading at destination. This fee will cover the cost for structural container damage USD 500 or less per container. Above this threshold, the balance of structural damage cost over USD 500 will still remain subject to current billing procedures.

Trans Pacific East Coast Service Update EC1/EC2/EC3
Ocean Network Express (ONE) is pleased to announce the enhancement of our Trans
Pacific East Coast service. ONE is enhancing the EC2 service with the introduction of
additional direct call service from Cai Mep to US East Coast on EC2 service.
Consequently, the service rotations for EC1, EC2, and EC3 will be revised as detailed
below . This strategic enhancement reinforces our service portfolio, significantly
improving connectivity from South East Asia to the North American East Coast, and
offering optimized transit times and diverse transportation options for our customers
worldwide.
