SHIPPER REFERENCE NUMBERS

CA eCommerce Enhancements

Now that reference number(s) have their own field, you can rest assured that they will map directly into ONE's system (i.e. Shipper ref# 1234567). Any reference number(s) added here will also appear on your Booking Receipt Notice.

Prior to the enhancement, reference number(s) had to be input in the special instructions box, along with any notes to be conveyed to our Customer Service Agents.
