Notice of Overland Common Point (OCP) Update
Dear Valued ONE Customers,
Please be advised of the revised Overland Common Point (OCP), effective July 1st, 2026. The new rate levels will apply to all import shipments to the United States or Canada. This applies to all services and will be valid until further notice.
The consignee must return the equipment to the CY from which it was removed, unless otherwise permitted by the Carrier. If not permitted, the following Overland Common Point Surcharge (OCP) shall be assessed on all containers and is to be paid by and collected from the consignee at the destination in the United States or Canada, as denoted in filed Tariff Rule ONEY-101 Rule #211.

Remarks:
- The amounts above represent the maximum potential charge. Charges may be lower based on the New Receiving Location’s equipment needs. Equipment needs may shift due to the seasonality of demand.
- In the absence of specific per container rates listed above, the following charge will be assessed per container basis, based on the distance between the original empty return location to the new empty return location:
- USD $1 per Mile
- The mileage distance for the USD $1 per mile calculation shall be determined on a one-way basis by the US Mileage Calculator at https://ecomm.one-line.com/one-ecom/prices/rate-tariff/inland-search?usmileage=1.
- For all requests above, any additional costs incurred or ancillary services required including but not limited to chassis costs and container flip fees, are the responsibility of the shipper/consignee.
- The above rates are for dry containers (D2, D4, and D5) and are not applicable for other container types. Carrier reserves the right to refuse to drop off at the depot listed in the tariff due to third-party factors outside Carrier’s control.
