Please be advised that the following surcharge name will be updated across all trade lanes and services with immediate effect until further notice. This is a name change only. There is no change to the charge code, charging logic, application conditions, or system functionality.

For trades governed by the U.S. Shipping Act, the China Maritime Regulations, or other applicable regulatory regimes, quotations or surcharges that differ from the ONE tariff may only apply if they are formally included in a service contract or a service contract amendment that has been filed with the relevant regulatory authority (such as the FMC, SSE, or other applicable bodies). Otherwise, applicable charges will be determined in accordance with the ONE tariff.
