Announcement of Halifax Receiving Windows
Dear Valued Customers,
Please be advised that effective May 26th, 2024, the PSA Halifax Atlantic Hub Terminal will begin enforcing an ERD (Early Receipt Date) for all in-gating local truck cargo. This change will enhance terminal operational efficiency and will improve vessel planning capabilities while regulating truck flow into the terminals.
ERD windows will be published on PSA’s website; please refer to those published dates prior to returning cargo.
Cargo returned prior to the published ERD will not be accepted unless prior authorization has been granted. Exceptions can be requested by emailing [email protected], CC [email protected]. Exceptions are subject to availability and additional costs of CAD 99.93 plus an administration fee of USD 125. Please note that demurrage will still apply based on the tariff.
