CHANGE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL FORMAT
To better serve our customers and improve the flow of email, we have recently changed the format of our email domain on certain customer facing email addresses. The original email address format will remain valid and emails sent to that address will be delivered without fail; however, replies from that address will utilize the new format. You will now see replies from email@msg.one-line.com rather than [email protected]. If you have any automated rules set-up against these email addresses, please revise them to account for the new address format.
