US East & Gulf Coast Operations
Inland Rail Schedule Update
Dear Valued Customers,
This is to inform you that some US East Coast rail operations have resumed from the morning of October 4.
For NA Import Cargo,
Rail companies have already resumed rail operation for ONE’s import cargo from the marine terminals as of October 4th. Actual rail departure could vary depending on each terminal's operation situation.
For NA Export Cargo,
ONE cargo acceptance policy follows the gate open schedule provided by rail companies. Gate open schedules for each origin location are as per appendix.
Refrigerated bookings will not be accepted for vessels departing before October 14, 2024.
