This is to provide an update regarding Customer Advisory - PS6 Service Rotation Change issued on May 12, 2026. Kindly note that the Qingdao call will be extended to the PS6 rotation for an additional 7 sailings.
Service Update: Pacific North 1 (PN1) - Kaohsiung Terminal Change
Please be advised that the PN1 service will change its Kaohsiung terminal from Kaohsiung Harbour Terminal Co., Ltd. (KHT) to Kao Ming Container Terminal (KMCT).
Notice of Surcharge Update: Overland Common Point (OCP)
Please be advised of the revised Overland Common Point (OCP), effective July 1st, 2026. The new rate levels will apply to all import shipments to the United States or Canada. This applies to all services and will be valid until further notice.

Notice of Inland Emergency Fuel Surcharge: Canada and the United States Inland Haulage Fee
Further to our initial implementation of Inland Haulage Fee: IHD (inbound) / IHL (outbound) on March 20, 2026, we would like to inform you that ONE will update IHD/IHL quantum based on the recent inland diesel price increase.
