Further to our Customer Advisory dated May 15, 2021, it has been confirmed that
NYK Delphinus has safely berthed at Berth #22 in Oakland, on or around May 17,
2021, 2000 hours, after encountering a fire in engine room on May 14, 2021, which is
now under control.

This is to inform you that MV NYK Delphinus serving in our Atlantic 5 (AL5) Service
has experienced a fire in engine room on 14th May and it is now under control. The
vessel is now at West coast of US and was awaiting berth at Oakland and its last port
of call was Vancouver.

Effective July 1, 2021, ONE will no longer accept paper checks presented for payment in North America.

Effective June 1, 2021, Ocean Network Express (North America) Inc., will be implementing a Manual Documentation Fee (MDF).

Effective July 1st, Ocean Network Express ( North America ) Inc. will no longer offer Freight Forwarder Compensation for export cargo originating from the United States and Canada.

ONE North America would like to help alleviate any potential impact due to the recent spike of COVID-19 cases in India that could potentially delay cargo release.

Effective June 7, 2021, BNSF has notified Ocean Network Express revisions will be implemented to their free-time policy and application of charges.

Further to our Customer Advisory dated March 16, 2021, we would like to inform you
that ONE APUS has arrived Long Beach and she is expected to berth on April 12,
2021, without guarantee and subject to change.

As advised previously, a number of containers were lost during the vessel’s passage
from Yantian, China to Long Beach when it encountered a violent storm cell producing
gale-force winds and large swells. Preliminary information will be provided to our ONE
customers on whether their containers are identified as overboard or not. The
information is expected to be made available from April 11, 2021 onwards, on our web
