Please be informed that the regulation that certain hazardous chemicals (DG) are
Banned or Restricted to be exported/imported in Dubai ports i.e Jebel Ali has been
stricter, according to the Securities Industry Regulatory Authority (SIRA).

Please be advised that effective May 3, 2022, Ocean Network Express (ONE) will update the Chassis Usage Charge (CHL) for exports of Crabs in refrigerated (Reefer) containers from Halifax (NS), Saint John’s (NL), and Argentia (NL) and loading in Halifax, Canada.

FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR FY2021 FULL YEAR

The ongoing Covid-19 situation in Shanghai and restrictions that imposed to curb the spread of the virus have impacted the terminal and its operations. Whilst the situation persists, the terminals are working tirelessly to improve the situation, and we expect the reefer yard situation to start getting better, though the trucking and labor shortages remain a challenge.

The situation in Shanghai has not improved since our last update on 6th April 2022. Trucking remains limited and the terminals are still congested, whilst reefer yard plug capacity remains highly stressed.

We would like to inform you that ONE has been notified that the EDF (Container Excess Dwell Fee), which was originally filed by the Port of Los Angeles and Port of Long Beach in November of 2021, is currently being considered at the respective ports’ meetings this week for implementation as soon as April 18th due to rising dwell numbers in the harbor.

To ensure compliance with our Global acceptance policy and safety standards, we are performing verification of all bookings to make sure that all cargo is correctly declared, packed, and stowed. This measure is a critical step in preventing accidents and ensuring the safe handling of your cargo.
We know that declaring the correct commodity is as important for you as it is for us. As a Shipper, it is your responsibility to declare your cargo and to provide with the correct information, we therefore we kindly ask for your collaboration in checking that all cargo booked is correctly declared.

As a follow up to our previous Customer Advisories regarding the Ports of Los Angeles and Long
Beach. The Port of Los Angeles and the Port of Long Beach announced today that consideration of the “Container Excess Dwell Fee” would be held off another week, until 25th March 2022.
