Further to our Customer Advisory dated January 8, 2021, we would like to inform you
that the discharging operations, inspection work and transloading of the discharged
damaged containers continue to proceed steadily. Since the first day of container
discharging at Kobe, a total of 277 boxes have been safely discharged as of January
13, 2021.

Ocean Network Express (ONE) is pleased to announce two new direct services from North Europe to the East Med-Levant and Marmara regions.

Further to our Customer Advisory dated December 31, 2020, we would like to inform
you that the discharging operations and inspection work have resumed on January 5,
2021 and continue to proceed steadily. Since the first day of container discharging at
Kobe, a total of 212 boxes have been safely discharged as of January 7, 2021.

Please be advised that on January 31, 2021, Ocean Network Express (ONE) will update the free time and charges for import demurrage at North America ports.

Further to our Customer Advisory dated December 23, 2020, we would like to inform you that the discharging operations of the remaining containers have been proceeding steadily. Since the first day of container discharging at Kobe, a total of 126 boxes have been safely discharged as of December 29, 2020.

Effective February 1, 2021, Ocean Network Express (North America) Inc., will be revising our Manual Booking Fee for all initial export bookings made in the United States and Canada via email and phone.

We are glad to inform, with a jointly effort among all parties, Tianjin/Xinggang terminal is back to
normal operation.
