ONE today launches a year-long #ONEPinkRibbon campaign to raise awareness of breast cancer globally. ONE will transform 100 of its iconic magenta shipping containers to feature the pink ribbon – an international symbol for breast cancer awareness – and promote the importance of early detection of breast cancer throughout the year.

Bullet Seal Requirement - Port of Chittagong
We received notification from Chittagong Port Authority (CPA) that effective December 1, 2021, all cargo both Import and Export will require bullet seals (not provided by ONE NA). We ask all customers with cargo discharge in Chittagong, Bangladesh to take immediate action with this port mandated requirement. CPA can refuse to discharge or load containers without a bullet seal in place.

LA/LB Initiative - Temporary Waiver of ‘Diversion Fee(s)’ for IPI
In a proactive effort to help alleviate congestion, ONE North America is encouraging our customers to divert inbound, local LA/LB containers to move inland by rail to IPI points. To further support this effort, ONE will be extending the waiver of the ‘Import Diversion Fee’ (Tariff rule ONEY-101.201) and related admin charges for bookings on the voyages listed in this advisory.

As a follow up to our Customer Advisory issued on October 29th, 2021. The Ports of Los Angeles
and Long Beach under the direction of the Biden-Harris Supply Chain Disruptions Task Force have
implemented a “Container Excess Dwell Fee”. This surcharge went into effect November 1st, 2021
and excess dwell penalties will begin November 15th, 2021.
