In addition to the previous announcement dated 31st May 2021 regarding the new
Egyptian Customs law #207/2020 effective as of November 2020, and its following
related Decree for Advance Cargo Information (ACI), the legislation date which was
originally scheduled as of 1st July 2021 has been postponed until
1st October 2021 (ETA 1st POL).

Further to our Customer Advisory dated June 17, 2021, General Average was declared for the
vessel NYK Delphinus after encountering a fire incident. Consequently, all customers are
reminded to post General Average Security and the necessary documents to ensure the
cargo’s release.

ONE is pleased to announce that the company has entered into a partnership with Rutgers Business School (RBS) in June 2021. Further to our Customer Advisory dated June 4, 2021, General Average has been declared by
the Owners of the vessel NYK Delphinus 0086W/E in the AL5 service string, after
encountering a fire incident prior her arrival in Oakland, CA.

We need to inform you that, effective with the vessel Hyundai Jupiter 018E (PS8 Service) has changed terminals from AMPT Los Angeles to TTI (Total Terminals International) in Long Beach.
