As ONE North American management continues to monitor the impact of COVID-19 on our industry, we would like to provide an update on the key operating areas which are affecting all of us.

As per the Turkish Veterinary Border Inspection Law, which was enacted in 2011, and current ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Turkish government announced the following regulations which have been legislated with immediate effect.

ONE changes the Australia Service 1 (AU1) to ensure that we can deliver a more stable service.

On April 2, 2020 the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made the following announcement:
“CBSA Message: TCC20-041 COVID-19 and Release R856 (house bill changes) / La COVID-19 et les changements V856 (connaissements internes)
As a result of the current COVID-19 pandemic, CBSA is postponing the system release regarding the house bill changes (R856) that was supposed to be implemented on June 28, 2020. We will advise you when we have a new date.”
