Operational Alert - CN/CP Vancouver Rail Washout
Please be advised that due to heavy downpours and mudslides in southwestern British Columbia, there have been multiple rockslides blocking access in and out of the Port of Vancouver. The following update was provided by the CN Network.

Temporary Suspension of South China Feeder Service
Due to the COVID-19 quarantine requirements for the crews of the coastal feeders
running between South China and Hong Kong waters, feeder operators announced
their services will be suspended for a minimum of 6 weeks prior to Lunar New Year
2022, which is Feb. 1 -5, 2022. In consideration of this situation, ONE will temporarily
suspend the acceptance of the cargo bound for the ports in the South China area that
require usage of the domestic feeders to reach the final destination. Any cargo to
South China that can be serviced by an ocean vessel is not affected.

Ports of Los Angeles & Long Beach Container Excess Dwell Fee - UPDATE
Dear Valued ONE Customers,
As a follow up to our previous Customer Advisory regarding the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach.
Following meetings today with U.S. Port Envoy John Porcari and industry stakeholders, further
postponement was announced regarding the “Container Excess Dwell Fee.” With continued progress
moving containers off marine terminals, the fee will not be considered before November 29th, 2021.
As a follow up to our previous Customer Advisory regarding the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach.

Bullet Seal Requirement - Port of Chittagong
We received notification from Chittagong Port Authority (CPA) that effective December 1, 2021, all cargo both Import and Export will require bullet seals (not provided by ONE NA). We ask all customers with cargo discharge in Chittagong, Bangladesh to take immediate action with this port mandated requirement. CPA can refuse to discharge or load containers without a bullet seal in place.
