Announcement of Halifax Receiving Windows
Dear Valued Customers,
As an update to our previous advisory in May, the PSA Halifax is enforcing their ERD (Early Receipt Date) for all in-gating local truck cargo for both the Atlantic Hub and Fairview Cove terminals.
This change will enhance terminal operational efficiency and will improve vessel planning capabilities while regulating truck flow into the terminals.
ERD windows will be published on PSA’s website, please refer to those published dates prior to returning cargo.
Cargo returned prior to the published ERD will not be accepted unless prior authorization has been granted. Exceptions can be requested by emailing [email protected], CC [email protected]. Exceptions are subject to availability and additional costs of CAD 99.93 plus an administration fee of USD 125. Please note that demurrage will still apply based on the tariff.
