ONE North America is excited to announce some innovative improvements to LiveChat.  You will now notice a fresh look, intuitive menu options, and introducing INSTANT Last Free Day information! 

  • Menu Option Changes:

You will now only need to provide your Name & Email to begin a LiveChat, any additional information will help expedite your query.  You will also notice the drop down menu has been replaced with topic specific options for a more intuitive chat experience. 

  • Import (LFD) Last Free Day:

You can now obtain INSTANT Last Free Day information without waiting for an Agent.
