Cessation of Force Majeure - Update 10/11

Dear Valued Customers,

As an update to our previous Customer Advisory dated October 1st, 2024, and following the October 4th, 2024, tentative agreement between the ILA (International Longshoremen’s Association) and USMX (United States Maritime Alliance), Ocean Network Express Pte. Ltd. (“ONE”) is hereby providing notice that as of October 11, 2024, the previously declared Force Majeure relating to the ILA strike has concluded.   

The recovery process is underway and shipment operations in and out of the United States East and Gulf Coasts have resumed. 

ONE is working diligently to mitigate the operational impact from the Force Majeure and we appreciate your continued patience and understanding.
