US East Coast Operation Update
Marine Terminal Resume Operations - 10/4
Dear Valued Customers,
This is to inform you that some terminals and gate operations in the US East Coast have resumed from the morning of October 4.
Further below is the list of projected terminal openings and weekend gate offerings. As the situation is quite fluid, ONE requests customers to check with the respective terminal sites for the latest information.
- Import Demurrage clock will be resumed based on terminal opening for cargo movement. ONE does not charge demurrage at rail locations.
- Export Demurrage will continuously follow ONE’s standard policy based on the terminal ERD (Earliest Return Date).
- Detention clock will restart from Monday, October 7, 2024 for any locations where the detention was turned off. (Import & Export)
ONE will continue to provide the latest information regarding vessel and cargo movements as they become available.
